Zip`s Drive In in Cheney

Helpful employees, tasty food that seems freshly made, great tartar and other sauce. Of the local (Spokane area) Zips fast food chain restaurants this one ranks among the best, and it offers extended dining room hours.

Lots of great menu items, including sandwiches. The baked goods are delicious too! Nice large area to sit and eat, if you don't use the drive thru. Highly recommend to stop by and check out this Zip's

Definitely a local place. Always a contingent of old boys in the morning. Good (enough) servers. Breakfast sandwich a decent value. Could use some healthier options.

Of all the Zips I've been to, this one has the best service. One time we were there & the internet was out so they had to take card info manually. Very busy and seemed short staffed but counter workers were patient and helpful, and the manager was managing very well: good communication and handling issues.

Cook stuck his hands down his pants and then made my chicken sandwich. Manager remade it and it wasn’t complete. Was refunded and given another meal that was correct. No standards in the kitchen what so ever I watched the sandwich be made after he adjusted himself and didn’t change his gloves. Classy place!Owner says he was asked to tuck in his shirt. He was wearing an apron and adjusted himself twice. I’m grown I watched him do it through the window. Don’t make excuses make changes.

Used to love coming to this zips as it was better than others we have been too. However, we are losing faith because the last 5 times we have come our burgers have been pink, sometimes closer to medium rare.

It's a pretty average burger joint. Personally I think it's a bit odd they don't sell anything as a combo but to each their own. The french dip sandwich is good minus the pickles if you like pickles then I suppose it's a great thing. They have a nice diner area and if you need to alter how you order a burger (on a bed of lettuce for instance) they have no problem doing it.

Gave us 2 fry sauces total for a tub of fries and a chicken basket.

There was a hair in my chicken sandwich. My husband ordered no lettuce on his bacon burger and there was tones of lettuce on it. Fry's were great. Soda Pop machine was out of surup.

Handled high school's homecoming wonderfully. I remember the late night rushes from when I worked fast food. Not easy! But they breezed through. Good work! And fresh food!!

Good food BUT they could use new sauce recipes. Tarter and honey mustard are lacking. The place is also quite dirty. Insane dust on the napkin dispensers. I like the decorations tho.

Good milkshakes and burgers. Especially when your looking for the munchie hook up. Be careful going at night. It got shot up last fall of 2018.

It's a good burger place. IMO better than Dick's in Seattle but neither come close to In-n-Out.

It's very good food is fresh but It takes a while to get your food especially in the drive through. I really like their deals throughout the week and the sauce selection. I like the ice cream it is a very generous portion and not overly sweet.

I've been to Zips a couple of times in my lifetime. Had the Halibut burger and was not a fan of it. Fries were good. I threw my burger out after a few bites.

It was so good for dinner we had breakfast the next morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful in ordering. It is counter order and they bring it to your table.

They can get slow and pricey but it's THE place to stop in Cheney

I was asked straight up if I was military with confidence and I don’t have many if any tell tell signs that I’m a vet. But she figured it out and gave me s military discount of which I didn’t know there was! Kudos and thanks to my cashier (Nicole I guess, her dad I believe was military she said and she was young)

Crazy expensive and the fries were probably some of the worst I've tried from a burger joint.

Sticky floors, order wrong, hair in food. They did make it right. Prices are higher compared to Spokane Zips. If your going to charge .35 for tarter then make sure they are givin as ordered. Fries were good and so was the burger after the second time. Some people can't eat lettuce! They may be deathly allergic to such as in my case!

The drive cashier was slow and she just wanted to talk to everyone

Strawberry shake was thick and chock full of strawberries. Also had a burger with ham on it and that was standard, basic drive in burger: tasty. I liked the condiments selection with various Tabasco flavors and sriracha!

Succulent beef, bacon, and cheese. Fry sauce to die for. Its a staple, and hard to beat! Way better than any other burger place in Cheney.

The best burgers in Cheney. A great place to eat with family or friends. It's open 24 hours a day, so you can get great food whenever you want.

I drive around the inland northwest considerably and stop at zips everywhere but this one in Cheney is hands down the best quality of food. The have the most extensive menu I have found. Service is superb and I always have a great experience. Kids regularly choose it when I say where do you want to go? A++

Awesome staff and great burger joint type food.

We love breakfast here. Zips is what makes Cheney feel small town in a good way. You can eavesdrop on the oldtimers discuss their weekend plans on their farms and talk about the weather. The food is better than sit-down breakfast places, and cheaper, so we make this the start of most of our day dates.

Breakfast?!?! Yup they got it! It was great after work went eat there. Thank you for being open and design to stay safe!

This is, by far, the best greasy burger joint! Constant updates to the equipment and building. Food is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend it!

I Typically have a really good experience, but this worker named mikey, was really snappy with customers, my friend got a milkshake but had to wait a really long time for it, and when he got it it was basically soup. He definitely ruined that experience while we were waiting g for said milkshake I watched multiple customers walk out because of him. It'll be a bit until I go back.

Faster service than the one in Airway Heights. Their service is a little slower than it has been in the past, but still acceptable. Good for getting something to eat very late at night when everyone else is closed.

One of the favorite places here in Cheney. I had a papa Joe with ham on my burger. During summer all drinks are a dollar each. It's a great chance to sit down and relax. Especially on a hot day when walking home from work.

Okay yes I used to work at zips zips has the best milkshakes in Cheney SEPTA day a little short little chubby guy with a red beard I don't know his name he's new does not know how to make milkshakes it took so long to get my milkshake I brought it home and it almost look like water and I love zips is milkshakes but this one is gross

Cheeseburgers were great and curly fries come in a large bucket, enough for the whole family! Great experience, definitely going again!
